bone broth brilliance!
Used these bones for a bone broth recipe and I have to admit it really makes other recipes turn into WOW! I’ve used it in sauces, soups, risotto, even our dogs enjoyed some over their biscuits and bounced around like little lambs afterwards they were so happy!!
