How will my goods be packaged for delivery?

Your order will be delivered in an award-winning packaging solution that is eco-friendly and insulated. Woolcool is an amazing natural product made from 100% natural sheeps wool, its insulation capabilities and performance are far superior to polystyrene, ensuring that your food is delivered to your doorstep in the same fresh, premium state in which it was dispatched. Click here to read more about Woolcool and how it can be recycled and re-used.

Note: on occasion, particularly on extremely hot days, we may instead transport your order in a foam box to ensure the integrity of the products. If you do receive a foam box, you can hopefully re-use it yourself, or if not, and you're located in Sydney you can return it to us at any of the farmers markets

Your individual products will be packaged in Cryovac vacuum sealed portions.

How long will the products keep for?

Our Beef, Lamb and Pork are Cryovaced fresh for your order and all have best before dates on the labels (Beef 21 days, Lamb and Pork 14 days). Our Chicken is delivered fresh three times a week and has a best before date on the packaging. We recommend using the chicken within 3 days or otherwise freezing it when you receive your delivery.

What if the goods that I want aren't listed on your website?

If there is a particular cut of beef, lamb, pork or chicken that you would like but it's not listed on the website, please send us a message and we'll let you know as soon as possible if we can fulfil your order. We will also announce new products in our monthly email newsletter.
