Our offal, bones and fat come from our grass fed beef bodies each week. Our butchers process and pack products fresh and then freeze all products on this page.

This ensures the productc arrive to you in the best possible condition.

With the exception of Tallow, these products will arrive FROZEN in a freezer bag with an ice brick with your order.
