We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase from The Free Range Butcher.
If one of the products you receive is not the quality you expected, contact us immediatley.
Freeze the remaining portion of the product, raw or cooked with the packaging. We will organise collection of the unused portion of the product, and give a replacement of the unsatisfactory product or a credit of the value af the product on your Free Range Butcher online account.
If the unsatisfactory product cannot be replaced (e.g. out of stock), a credit will be applied to your Free Range Butcher online account.
