Due to ANZAC Day public holiday, order cut-off for next week is Tuesday, 23rd April. If you live in the outer areas of Sydney or Newcastle, we suggest you order by Monday night to guarantee delivery.
From early 2024 we are delivering to the Northern Beaches and North Shore, Tuesday through Saturday.
Expanded multi Day Delivery areas will follow early in the year.
Most metro areas outside these areas will be delivered to on a Friday - Far South, West and North will receive deliveries on a Saturday.
Our last mile couriers deliver between 7:00am - 05:00pm. There is no minimum order amount and the home delivery fee is $25.
Orders over $199 receive free delivery.
All deliveries are sent via cold freight courier from our door to yours.
You will be advised by text message the day before your delivery. Please carefully type in your mobile, email and address details and make a Comment with any instructions for the driver.

Yes, a $25 packaging and delivery fee applies to all orders under $199. Orders over $199 are free. All orders are shipped via cold freight couriers and your order is packed in sustainable, recyclable packaging.
When you place an order online for home delivery you'll be asked to submit your credit card details (Visa card, MasterCard or American Express) or you can pay via PayPal
All of our orders are scheduled out on a single delivery run. Our drivers plan their delivery runs in a logical sequence to best accommodate all orders on board and are unable to accommodate specific delivery times.
Every Friday from 7am-5pm. Prior to delivery you will receive a text message and email notification that your delivery is on route. Upon delivery you will receive a confirmation email with an image of exactly where your order has been placed. Please ensure that both your mobile and email address details are correct when placing your order for these messages to go through.
Your order will be delivered in an award-winning packaging solution that is eco-friendly and insulated. Woolpack is an amazing natural product made from 100% natural sheeps wool, its insulation capabilities and performance are far superior to polystyrene, ensuring that your food is delivered to your doorstep in the same fresh, premium state in which it was dispatched. Click here to read more about Woolpack and how it can be recycled and re-used. If you can't re-use it you can return it to us at any of the farmers markets.
Your individual products will be packaged in Cryovac vacuum sealed portions.
Our Beef, Lamb and Pork are Cryovaced fresh for your order and all have best before dates on the labels (Beef 21 days, Lamb and Pork 14 days). Our Chicken is delivered fresh three times a week and has a best before date on the packaging. We recommend using the chicken within 3 days or otherwise freezing it when you receive your delivery.
If there is a particular cut of beef, lamb, pork or chicken that you would like but it's not listed on the website, please send us a message and we'll let you know as soon as possible if we can fulfil your order. We will also announce new products in our monthly email newsletter.
