Wow what a lovely surprise - you think mince and all those recipes you make if you are looking for a an economical meal. This mince is far superior than anything that you will find in the supermaket. It has very little fat (if at all), flavoursome and a lovely full texture. My family loved it and are asking for more.

I was so impressed with the taste of this mince, this is what mince used to taste like before mass production! I was waiting for the fat to come out of the mince whilst cooking to drain it off, but alas nothing. The 500g lots are also really great so if you only need a small amount for a dish, it's all ready for you.
