   This was a beautifully flavoured Chorizo, I made a Paella abd can say that the Chorizo out shone the fresh Prawns. Yum!

   first time we have bought the chorizo and I used it in a paella dish, fabulous flavour.
   
   I love the great service we always get from the Freerange Butcher, they are always happy to accommodate my requests & they are always thanking us for our business...and they mean it! well done to all the staff.

   Whilst the flavour of this chorizo isn't quite the taste I'm used to it was wonderful in the Spanish rice dish I made - the smokey flavour & generous punch of chilli really appealed to my taste buds
