Ben, great to meet you last month at the markets. The Rolled Pork Loin that we bought from you was amazing. We cooked it on the Rotisserie on our BBQ, as you suggested, and rubbed it with oil, salt and a bit of sage. Crackling was crunchy all the way around and the meat was so tender and juicy. We had friends around for lunch and there wasn't any complaints.

Hi Ben! I bought some Scotch Fillet from you on the weekend at the markets. I just wanted to thank you, first of all for the tips on how to cook the Wagyu, and second for the most magnificent tasting meat I’ve tasted in a very long time. There was no marinade, no salt, pepper or anything on it, and I guarded it with my life so nobody else cooked it! I am a very big fan and will be back to buy up big next time you’re in town! Again, thanks for a great meal, from both my husband and I. Just proves that ‘old school’ (free range) always tastes better.
