Hi Ben! I bought some Scotch Fillet from you on the weekend at Rouse Hill markets. I just wanted to thank you, first of all for the tips on how to cook the Wagyu, and second for the most magnificent tasting meat I’ve tasted in a very long time. There was no marinade, no salt, pepper or anything on it, and I guarded it with my life so nobody else cooked it! I am a very big fan and will be back to buy up big next time you’re in town! Again, thanks for a great meal, from both my husband and I. Just proves that ‘old school’ (free range) always tastes better.
