All of our poultry is supplied by John Meredith of Thirlmere Poultry. John has been in the poultry game for over 35 years and his induction in the Food Hall of Fame for his work in the poultry industry speaks for itself.

Our Chicken is packed fresh without gas flushing or modified atmosphere packaging. This packaging without the use of chemicals and gases reduces shelf life, and as a result we recommend using all chicken within 3 days of purchase or 5 days of packed date on packaging. 

Our products are based on a per kilo rate, therefore the actual cost of your total order will be plus or minus 5% of the price listed. For you this means that you only pay for what you actually receive. After you place your order and it has been fulfilled we will know the exact amount and then payment can be made via cash or EFTPOS/credit after delivery or after pick up.
