We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase from The Free Range Butcher.
If one of the products you receive is not the quality you expected, contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, and we will organise collection of the unused portion of the product, and replacement of the unsatisfactory product.
If the unsatisfactory product cannot be replaced (e.g. out of stock), a credit will be applied to your Free Range Butcher online account.
